INQUIRY: PETROLEUM COKE PURCHASE AGREEMENT Dear Mr. Thank you for providing an indication as to the availability of Petroleum Coke. We wish to indicate our interest in securing an annual contract for a volume of between 60.000 to 300.000 metric tonnes per month with an option for rollovers and extensions where possible. We, Tri Partner Trade, are the purchasing advisory service for a group of publicly traded and privately-held Chinese companies. Collectively, we represented the largest importer of petroleum coke in China. We have authority and an exclusive purchase mandate for petroleum coke, coal and ferrous metals. We have a directive to strategically source our resource needs with emerging suppliers. It is in our interest to ensure stable, profitable growth for our suppliers as this helps us achieve our long term resource needs. . We have been granted an exclusive purchase mandate to represent our client in purchase agreements, joint ventures and infrastructure investment proposals. We advise our clients to broaden their supplier relationships and actively work to identify win-win proposals. Our client for this deal is one of the largest importers of Petroleum Coke within China and enjoys excellent credit standing with a minority ownership held by Government of the People's Republic of China. Although we remain open to Seller's preferred procedures, we are able to submit to you an an ICPO (to allow Seller to verify proof of funds via soft bank probe) once we have received the following: I) Product specifications (strongly prefer SGS report) II) Asking Price for CNF / CIF delivery to Rizhao port, China.
