    2.- SELLER´S SENDS DRAFT CONTRACT. BUYER SIGNS & RETURNS.

    3.- BUYER & seller lodge contracts in respective banks

    4.- BUYER´S BANK COMMUNICATES VIA SWIFT WITH SELLER´S BANK ASKING FOR CONFIRMATION THAT THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF PRODUCT (POP)

    5.- SELLER´S BANK RESPONDS VIA SWIFT CONFIRMING THAT THEY HOLD POP AND UPON RECEIPT OF MT 103-23 FROM BUYER´S BANK, WILL SEND POP ( tank receipts/dip test authorization/ SGS WITHIN 24 HOURS

    6.- BUYER´S BANK SWIFTS MT 103-23 TO SELLER´S BANK.

    7.- SELLER´S BANK SENDS TO BUYER´S BANK POP (DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION, SGS REPORTS, TANK RECEIPTS ) WITHIN 24 HOURS AND BUYER PAYS VIA SWIFT MT 103 FOR LIFTABLE AMOUNT.
