Buyer and Seller each counter-sign Sale-Purchase Contract and each lodge with their bank 6. Both bank’s (Seller and Buyer’s final) Buyer’s bank issue’s pre-advice letter to XXXXXXXXX, stating upon receipt of PARTIAL POP, on behalf of Buyer our bank will issue one for the described payment instruments (Irrevocable revolving, transferable Letter of Credit/block funds, MT103/23, MT760, BCL or MT799) for payment under the given contract supplied in buyer’s contract issues by seller. 6.1. Seller sends to Buyer: a. Tank Receipt(s). b. SGS Report (Q&Q). c. Dip Test Letter of Authorization. d. Commercial Invoice 7. Upon the verification (within 48 hours) and authentication of above named docs, Buyer will issue MT103/23 for the first lift, face value equal to the Tank Receipt(s). 8. Upon the Assignment/Transfer of the Title and Set of Shipping documents, to the Buyer’s bank, payment will be released by withdraw from MT103/23. 9. For each and every following deliveries (according the SPA) Seller provides following documents, as POP. – a. Statement of Availability and permission to export – b. A Copy of Calendar Schedule of delivery to the loading port – c. A Copy of Confirmation to receive, storage and up-load, issued by loading port – d. A Copy of Refinery's Certificate – e. A copy passport of Deal – f- A Copy of Charter Party (For delivery of product out of Russia) – g- A Copy of the Commercial Invoice – h- A Copy ot transport contract to buyer’s port. – i- A copy of the Bill of Lading 10.
