ORIGIN: México. PACKING: Bulk DMT. All iron ore is delivered after a drying process and material is submitted to constant anlalysis of quality and content. That’s the reason why our sales are based on Dry Metric Ton (DMT) as the unit of measure. QUANTITY: 1,000,000 MT +/- 5% x36 months DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Starts 90 days after financial agreement finished. PRICE: CIF / USD$ 138.00 per MT. (US one hundred fourty two Dollars per metric ton) the base Price shall be increased by US $2.00 per MT. for each 1% Fe above 64.5, fraction pro-rata. Price to be decreased by US $2.00 per MT for each 1% Fe below 64.5%, fraction pro-rata, and below 62.5%, buyer can reject. Prices to be revised in january every year PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: 0.5 mm – 15 mm, Moisture: 18 +/- % PAYMENT: Letter of Credit with deposit via TT for one month shipment value required within 5 days of contract signing, and LC for monthly payments. This Deposit is returned to the buyer throng monthly payment credit over duration of contract. DELIVERY PORT: México sea port : Seller option INITIAL QUANTITY: 1,000,000 MT (One million metric tons). Initial amount and capacity of reaching up to 1,000.000 MT / Per Month if accepted by buyer and negotiated on contract. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 36 months to a 5 year contract is acceptable, with rolls and extensions once monthly shipping schedule is agreed confirmed in the final Sale and Purchase contract. INSPECTION: Standard SGS procedures. PROCEDURE: Seller issues this FCO and sends it to Buyer for their approval with signature and stamp. Buyer returns to seller signed and sealed FCO with official ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) within 3 business days to seller after receiving FCO. Seller issues draft contract with bank details. And sends it to buyer for revisions, signature and stamp. Buyer returns to the seller the contract signed and stamped. Buyer issues BCL.
