B- Seller will revert with draft contract ICC warning lelter and NCNDA+IMFPA alang with approved lc format C- Buyer signs both documents and sends it back to seller for signature along with copy of Passport. D- Seller will sign contract and email it back to buyer E- Buyer will issue non- operative lc within 7 banking days of signed contract. F- Loading will commence and buyer can visit during loading ship will leave port within 30 days of receiving lc. G- Seller will encash lc at loading port against loading documents.
